Here is Your Step by Step Plan for Hybrid Event Success!

Here is Your Step by Step Plan for Hybrid Meeting & Event Success!

At this live apprenticeship program, you’ll be able to start planning a hybrid event without the stress AND enjoy the process. Virtual & hybrid meetings and events create new opportunities for meeting professionals in terms of content delivery, engagement and attendance. As a result, the skills to plan virtual and hybrid events are now required knowledge. Due to the social distancing regulations, meetings will be extended to a virtual audience, and planners need the tools to plan and execute them efficiently. Created for meeting professionals by hybrid event producers, this hands-on program includes in-class training delivered virtually, office hours, a private community and a practicum component.

Hybrid meetings that have great content can drive significant revenue for the organization at the event and afterward. Lastly, we will discuss how ROI has been demonstrated through a budget deep-dive.

September 27, 2021: Project Management & Marketing Strategies

6:00 PM – 7:30 PM ET

The last session will test the group’s knowledge by planning a virtual and hybrid event together. Not only will you ensure that you have the major tenets of hybrid meetings down, but there is plenty of time for questions along the way.
